Aloha! May I walk beside you in a journey of healing, embracing life, remembering, soul regeneration and renewal? I offer inspiration and support via: Forrest-inspired yoga, energy healing appointments, and divine artwork in Maui, Hawaii. (and beyond!) Some interesting questions are: How do we live? How do we heal? Essentially, all we really have is the NOW..breath by breath, moment by moment, in relationship to each other, divinity, and Earth.

We dance closer to that freedom through inspired yoga practices. Through "relationship" and hands on healing sessions where the space is safe enough to release what it is -emotional, physical, spiritual- that no longer serves us. Through taking the risk of letting go and being reborn.

These sessions are eclectic, dynamic, and diverse, weaving together a rich tapestry of spiritually focused counseling, Reiki, crystals, Polarity Energy balancing, Craniosacral and yoga.
